Festival Participant Rules/Regulations

The BLOOMSTOCK Attendee Policy prescribes the mandatory rules of admission and conduct

applicable to the BLOOMSTOCK (hereinafter referred to as the “Festival”), organized by

Bloom Beauty Bar and The Wandering Makers. The BLOOMSTOCK Festival General Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations stemming from the legal relationship entered into between the BLOOMSTOCK Festival and persons entering the Festival (“Attendees”).

Event Admission

• Attendees are admitted to the Festival between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m.

• In order to ensure the safety of the Festival, the BLOOMSTOCK Festival reserves the

right to restrict the types of items and devices which may be brought inside Festival grounds.

Accordingly, bringing the following in particular into the Festival is strictly prohibited:

▪ Narcotics or illegal substances of any kind,

▪ Weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, mace/OC spray, nun chucks, throwing stars,

slingshots, etc.)

▪ Pyrotechnic devices or fireworks,

▪ Glass objects,

▪ Objects or tools containing explosive,

▪ Poisonous or flammable materials,

▪ Gas sprays,

▪ Expandable batons,

▪ Metal chains,

▪ Laser pointers,

▪ Other items posing a threat to public safety, as defined in relevant laws and regulations.

• Attendees may not bring drones to the Festival without advance written authorization from the

BLOOMSTOCK Festival.

• Attendees in possession of any prohibited item may not enter the Festival grounds.

• Attendees are permitted to bring outside alcoholic beverages into the Festival grounds.

Over 21 Wristbands will be issued to those with a valid ID ages 21+ from designated festival entry points. 

• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. This is to ensure the safety of all children at the Festival.

• Vehicles are not allowed inside Festival grounds on Festival day.

• Golf carts, ATVs, and UTVs are permitted on the designated paved rd and at a crawling speed.  
• Skateboards, roller blades, and bicycles are permitted to be used inside Festival grounds unless used recklessly for the safety of vendors and Attendees.

Rules of Conduct

▪ Attendees are required to abide by all local, state, and federal laws.

▪ Attendees are required to refrain from all actions, statements, or behavior which endangers the life, health, or physical well-being of others, or which may violate others’ personal rights. All

Festival Attendees, vendors, and volunteers are expected to treat each other respectfully.

▪ By entering Festival grounds, you automatically consent to a search of yourself and your

possessions before entering the Festival grounds, and at any time thereafter. Licensed security

personnel are authorized to conduct a search of your person and/or your bags for prohibited

items prior to entering Festival grounds, or at their discretion again any time once inside Festival grounds.

▪ Attendees acknowledge that the BLOOMSTOCK Festival, its contracted partners, and

members of the press, as well as other Attendees to the Festival, by virtue of their participation

at the Festival, give express permission to the recoding and publication of their image, likeness, and actions. Attendees, however, may only be named in such recordings with their express permission. Attendees are not entitled to make any claim or demand against the  BLOOMSTOCK Festival concerning recordings as set out above.

▪ No business, commercial, or advertising activity may be conducted at the Festival by any

individual, business, or non-profit entity that is not contained within a paid vendor booth space.

Solicitation within the Festival grounds is prohibited. No Attendee may pass out unauthorized

vending/soliciting materials inside Festival grounds including, but not limited to, promotional

stickers, flyers, commodities, tracts, etc.

▪ No alcoholic beverages will be served to intoxicated individuals at the Festival.

▪ In order to ensure the safety of our entertainment acts, vendors, and Attendees, the following activities are prohibited at the Festival: body surfing, mosh pits, stage diving, and any activity that may prohibit free movement through a crowd near a stage. Attendees violating this policy will be removed by Festival security.

▪ Given that the aim of the Festival is to provide Attendees with civilized, undisturbed, and family- friendly entertainment, demonstrations of any kind not related to the Festival, regardless of the number of participants, are prohibited. The BLOOMSTOCK Festival is entitled to end demonstrations that it has not expressly authorized without giving a reason.

▪ All attendees are required to vacate the Festival grounds at closing time (9:00 p.m.). Attendees may not linger during the Festival break-down and clean-up for safety and security purposes.

▪ Attendees are encouraged to be responsible and vigilant regarding their own personal

belongings and purchases made inside Festival grounds. Large crowds at the BLOOMSTOCK Festival make it easier to lose or forget items. Attendees should not leave belongings

unattended.

▪ Attendees may not remove or take any BLOOMSTOCK Festival decorations, props, or

equipment. Attendees caught taking such items will be escorted out of the Festival grounds and appropriate charges brought.

▪ Each BLOOMSTOCK Festival vendor has their own sales, refund, and return policies that

Attendees agree to when making a purchase. The BLOOMSTOCK Festival will not get

involved with any conflicts between merchants and visitors regarding returns, refunds, or

exchanges.

▪ Within the Festival grounds, BLOOMSTOCK staff, security, and authorized employees or

associates will ensure the enforcement of rules of conduct and safety. Attendees expressly

undertake, by virtue of their participation in the Festival, that they will fully cooperate with

these associates within the bounds of the law, and will follow their instructions in the event of

an emergency.
