Blossom to Bottle is an exclusive experience that invites you behind the scenes at Anther Geelong Distillery. Here you'll help create a limited release spirit from harvest through to launch. Across four immersive sessions, you'll work alongside our distillers, influence the final flavour profile, bottle and label your gin and celebrate the finished product with an unforgettable dining experience.
Session One | The Harvest | Saturday 23 January 2027 - day event
Begin your journey by hand pitting the delicious Tasmanian cherries that will become part of our 2027 Cherry Gin release. Spend the day with the distilling team, learn about the role of fruit selection and preparation, and enjoy lunch and cocktails as you help lay the foundation for this year's vintage. Join for as little or as long as you like, they'll be plenty of cherry pitting to go around. Lunch and cocktails will be served throughout the day.
Session Two | The Cherry Lab | Saturday 3 April 2027 - evening event
Join our distillers for an exclusive blending session and discover the art of crafting a cherry gin liqueur. Taste the spirit before filtration, explore how each stage shapes its character, and help determine the final flavour profile of the 2027 Cherry Gin Liqueur. Cocktails and light refreshments are included.
Session Three | The Cork Finish | Saturday 24 July 2027 - day event
A chance to see how we move the gin from the still to the bottle. Be a part of the bottling and labelling process as we bring this limited release to life. A celebratory drink will complete this session.
Session Four | The Celebration | Thursday August 19th 2027- evening event
This is the final stage of the 2027 Cherry Gin journey. Celebrate the product release with an elegant dining experience at The Arborist, Geelong. Enjoy an elevated menu with matched cocktails inspired by cherries and the spent fruit from which it was made.
