We’re super excited that Blossom Valley can safely proceed at Alert Level 2, and we can’t wait to welcome you to the gardens.

Here are a few key reminders and instructions to help things go smoothly and keep everyone safe:

If you are feeling unwell please stay at home. Contact the team on info@blossomvalley.nz as soon as possible to discuss the options to move your session.
Your session time is your start time, please do not arrive early but if you do please wait in your vehicle until at least 5 minutes before your session is due to begin.
So that as many people as possible can safely experience Blossom Valley we are running each session for 90 minutes. For example if your session starts at 10am your session time at Blossom Valley will end at 11:30am. We ask that you ensure you have left the gardens by the end of your 90 minute session time.
On arrival at Blossom Valley anyone over the age of 12 years will be required to sign in either using the Covid-19 Tracer App or the manual sign in form at the entrance.
For food service either inside the Aston Norwood building or out at the food kiosk in the gardens, we ask that you find a table to be seated at. A member of our friendly café team will be over to take your order or scan your ticket for any items pre purchased online. Once your order is delivered to your table you are free to stay and enjoy or better still, walk around the gardens and to enjoy your food maybe finding a little spot to sit under a tree.
We have introduced a one way system to the gardens to minimise the contact between groups and also make it easier for everyone to maintain a minimum 2m distance from others they do not know.
Please bring a face mask with you. This will be required when inside the Aston Norwood building, but you may also choose to wear it when walking through the gardens as well.

We are very grateful for your patience and understanding while we work through making sure that Blossom Valley can be delivered safely and within the restrictions of alert level 2.
