Presenters:

Robert (Rob) Bell has backgrounds in science, law and business and considerable commercial experience in aquaculture, including 7 years as the Managing Director of ASX‐listed Seafarms Group Limited (SFG), Australia’s largest prawn farming company and proponent of Project Sea Dragon (PSD). Over the last 3 years, Rob has undertaken several major consulting, financial feasibility and investment analyses into commercial aquaculture and other agribusiness ventures in Australia and overseas.

Andrew Outhwaite founded For Blue, at the centre of Blue Economy innovation in WA. He authored the first report on WA’s Blue Economy which identified sectors with the greatest future potential. Andrew has qualifications and international experience in in sustainability, leadership, human development and marine science. He applies his scientific training, a care for human development, and passion for entrepreneurial solutions to enable the health of whole systems. In WA, Andrew previously led the growth of social ventures including Meshpoints, StartupWA and Pollinators Inc.
