Spanning the decades SUV has impacted the UK Bristol scene, collaborating and producing since 1989. Originally gaining fame with the group “Fresh Four” with their track, “Wishing on a star”. SUV went on to collaborate with iconic producers like DJ Krust, Roni Size & DJ Die, to create and release tracks on a variety of labels, importantly “Full Cycle”, “Playside and “Natty dread”. After its inception in 1994, the Bristol conceived record label, “Full Cycle”, quickly became one of the most important Drum & Bass labels of the early ‘90’s. Known for his diversity and ability to influence peoples tastes and likings, SUV continues to bring timeless creations for avid listeners and dance floors across the globe.

Joining SUV on this particular evenings lineup will be well curated selectors carving sonic journeys for you, through and through. Some of these selectors have also more recently released tracks on record labels alike to that of SUV. Together this selection of producers/djs harbour a sound bridging the worlds of drum n bass & jungle, from the UK to Australia, bringing to you a unique night of sound.

Last but not least, a range of MCs will be joining the stage, particularly, “Spex” aka Kate Villamagna. Having been in the scene since 2002, Spex has performed with iconic acts such as LTG Bukem, Marky, High Contrast and Photek, and will be sure to bring her influential flavour to the stage for this unique night at Kalyx.

Alongside the tantalising selection of sound, Kalyx offers a hedonistic array of drinks and cocktail specials, with the option of different Pizzas on offer throughout the day to keep the day running smooth and wholesome.
