Blue Lotus Ceremony

The Blue Lotus Ceremony is a spiritual practice associated with the ancient Egyptian civilization and the use of the Blue Lotus flower (Nymphaea caerulea). The Blue Lotus flower holds significance in various cultures and is believed to have psychoactive and medicinal properties. In ancient Egypt, the Blue Lotus was associated with the sun god Ra, as well as with the concept of rebirth and the afterlife. The ceremony will drop you into a meditative or altered state of consciousness, enhance spiritual experiences, or promote relaxation and well-being. A perfect prep for Breathwork journeys....

Full Moon

Ceremony during a full moon can deepen our connection to ourselves and nature. The full moon is a time of increased energy and power, making it a good time for setting intentions and manifesting goals or desires, it is also a time for releasing what no longer serves you, whether it be negative emotions, old habits, or anything else holding you back.

Breathwork

A practice utilising intentional breathing techniques to cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, increase energy levels, and unlock emotional blockages, promoting overall well-being and mental clarity.Through breathwork, participants can access the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation, restoration, and rejuvenation. By bypassing the conceptual mind and delving into the subconscious, individuals can release old programming, limiting beliefs, and trauma that may be hindering personal growth.

The combination of Tetra breathwork and a Blue Lotus ceremony is a powerful and transformative experience, facilitating a deeper connection to oneself and spirit

By incorporating breathwork into the ceremony, participants can access altered states of consciousness to expand awareness, connect with their higher selves, and unlock their true potential and passion. Breathwork is a powerful tool for reprogramming the mind by delving into the subconscious and exploring one's inner landscape.
