Drinking the elixir of the god was an ancient practice used in Egypt as a powerful conduit connecting individuals to higher realms of consciousness and facilitating healing and transformation.

Our beautiful healing day will be followed by

Kundalini Shakti is the latent divine, and healing energy present in every human being.

Once awakened, a reconfiguration of the brain structure and the central nervous system begins to take place. The restructuring continues with repeated exposure to energy.

This process allows for deep emotional and spiritual healing often unreachable by other methods.

Preparing for the day:

Please wear loose and comfortable clothes.

If you are not vegetarian, please to refrain from eating meat a few days before the event.

Do not consume coffee on the same day, or alcohol or drugs 48hrs before and after the session.

To help you relax and drop in, you can bring an eye mask or a scarf.

The immersion day is not recommended if you are pregnant, epileptic, have history of mental disorder ie Psychosis.

Please bring a yoga mat, a mug, a blanket, pillow, journal, crystal, anything that will help you feeling comfortable.

A fruit plater will be provided at lunch time, only eat a very light breakfast on that morning as it is better to receive the transmission on an empty stomach.
