Come and join me for a very special Full Moon Yoga Nidra Deep Relaxation session via Zoom.

Monday 30th November is the Full Moon. This Full Moon is also a Blue Moon. This Full Moon is all about you delighting in the changes you can make. It is the perfect time to think big and wish big. So let's celebrate the last day of Spring and set some new big intentions.

Through Yoga Nidra we clear the mind and plant a seed for our intentions and actions to grow from.

Yoga Nidra, referred to as Yogic Sleep, is an extremely restful practice that takes you somewhere in-between being awake and being asleep. It is a sacred practice of deep conscious rest.

It is a profoundly simple, yet powerful practice.

We set a Sankulpa, an intention, that is carried through our consciousness throughout the session.

We work through the senses to bring forth and begin clearing Samskaras (habits, patterns and mental obstacles that stop us from being our true selves and living our best lives).

Yoga Nidra is practiced laying down, with a pillow and blankets to keep you warm and comfortable.

Wear comfortable clothes. It can be lovely to have a pair of socks to put on to keep your feet warm too.

Turn down the lights. Turn OFF your phone and enjoy 45 minutes of deep rest.

Cost is $10 per household

*Please download Zoom and be ready to start by 7.25pm. We will be starting at 7.30pm and the Zoom session will be locked just after 7.35pm. AEST.
