Guided by seasoned sound therapist Natalie Grace, this intimate evening experience combines the soothing sounds of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, voice, and other therapeutic instruments with gentle meditation and breathwork.

As the day draws to a close and evening settles in, you'll be invited to slow down, release tension, and sink into a state of deep rest.

Natalie Grace is a certified sound therapist, meditation teacher, musician, and intuitive energy healer with many years of experience facilitating group and private sessions. Her warm, heart-centred approach combines evidence-informed mindfulness practices with the transformative power of sound to create experiences that are both deeply relaxing and genuinely meaningful.

Location: Central Leura, Blue Mountains. Cultivate Health is a beautiful new mindfulness space at Blue Mountains Sauna. Located behind Josophan's chocolate shop (one of Nat's favourite places😁).
