Guided by seasoned sound therapist Natalie Grace, this intimate evening experience combines the soothing sounds of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, voice, and other therapeutic instruments with guided relaxation.

As the day draws to a close and evening settles in, you'll be invited to slow down, release tension, and sink into a state of deep rest.

For maximum comfort, please bring any additional items you'd like to support your relaxation, such as:

Natalie Grace is a certified sound therapist, meditation teacher, musician, and intuitive energy healer with many years of experience facilitating group and private sessions. Her warm, heart-centred approach combines evidence-informed mindfulness practices with the transformative power of sound to create experiences that are both deeply relaxing and genuinely meaningful.

Location: Central Leura, Blue Mountains. Cultivate Health is a beautiful new mindfulness space at Blue Mountains Sauna. Located behind Josophan's chocolate shop (one of Nat's favourite places😁).

Why not make an evening of it and enjoy a sauna before or after the sound journey for an even deeper reset experience.

Experience level: Suitable for all—no prior meditation or sound healing experience required.
