Now starting at 6:30pm — our new summer timing lets us settle into sound as daylight softens and the evening unfolds.

Before the pace of summer and the festive season begins...

Leave the world behind for a while and immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound bath in the heart of Leura.

Guided by seasoned sound therapist Natalie Grace, this intimate evening experience combines the soothing sounds of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, voice, and other therapeutic instruments with guided relaxation.

As the day draws to a close and evening settles in, you'll be invited to slow down, release tension, and sink into a state of deep rest.

What to expect

A welcoming guided meditation and breathwork practice to help you settle into the space.
A deeply immersive live sound journey using singing bowls, gongs, chimes, therapeutic vocals, and percussion.
Time to gently return and integrate the experience before heading back into your evening.

✨Through sound, stillness, and mindful relaxation, you may experience:

A profound sense of calm and nervous system restoration.
Relief from physical tension and mental overwhelm.
Greater emotional balance, clarity, and wellbeing.
The opportunity to pause, reconnect, and simply be.

What to bring

Mats & small cushions are provided.

For maximum comfort, please bring any additional items you'd like to support your relaxation, such as:
