We are back with our second edition of blur on the 12th October.
Here, listening is an act of presence. To honour this, we ask that conversation and phones remain silent on the floor, allowing both audience and artists to share a collective experience of deeper listening.
We have a zero tolerance policy against discrimination and harassment of any kind including, but not limited to: racism, sexism, homophobia or predatory behaviour. Any behaviour that makes others feel uncomfortable will result in immediate removal. Be kind, respectful, look after & nurture your community! In certain areas of the room, the sound system will be at a high volume, and so the use of earplugs is highly recommended when listening for extended periods of time. We will also provide foam earplugs on the night.
While there will be some seating available, this edition will be primarly a standing event.
This event takes place on stolen land. We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land - The Gadigal People of the Eora Nation and we pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. Sovereignty was never ceded. This always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
Free entry to all First Nations people, please send us a direct message so we can arrange your ticket.
