Black Music Alliance Australia is bringing Sound Session back to Sydney.

Hosted by Faustina ‘FUZZY’ Agolley, join us on Friday 21 August at The Red Rattler Theatre for a night of live music, community, and connection, spotlighting exciting emerging and mid-level talent from the African diaspora community.

Taking the stage are Malaika Mfalme, Yibby, Arig, and Narakel, bringing their sounds to the stage for a live showcase and the opportunity to connect with audiences beyond the music.

But Sound Session is more than just a gig. Come through to discover new artists, meet creatives, connect with industry and build community in a space made for sharing, listening and connecting.

Live performances. Industry networking. Community connection. New music to discover.

Date: Friday 21 August 2026
