Bnei Akiva Perth's Cancer Breakfast
Event description
Dear Perth Community,
This Sunday, we are hosting an ‘Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea’ to help Cancer Council raise vital funds for people impacted by cancer. And we’d love you to join us for this great cause!
It’s important to us because we've seen firsthand how it affects people's lives, hitting close to home in our community and beyond. It's our heartfelt way of making a difference and supporting those facing this formidable challenge. Let's come together to create a world where cancer is overcome with resilience, love and unwavering support.
"Tzedakah tatzil mi'mavet" (צדקה תציל ממוות)
This phrase highlights the Jewish belief that acts of charity, such as giving tzedakah, have the power to bring about positive change and have a transformative impact on the world. By engaging in acts of righteousness and contributing to the betterment of society through tikkun olam, individuals can make a meaningful difference and help bring about healing, both on a personal level and for the greater community.
