WILD - The BNWPS Visual & Performing Arts Festival - Where the Wild Things Are Production
Event description
Art Attak this year is titled WILD and will showcase students’ visual as well as performing arts learning throughout the semester.
A visual arts trail from 3:30pm will culminate on the oval where, at 5:30pm, grades 1-6 students will perform their production of Where The Wild Things Are.
Food trucks will be operating up until the performance begins.
Bring a picnic rug to sit on and snacks to enjoy.
The evening will conclude after the performance finishes at 6:30pm
Foundation students will be doing a short Performance at 3:00pm on the stage before the event begins to give them a taste of being in a performance. Foundation families are invited to come early to support their children on stage and are also encouraged to stick around to watch the production at 5:30pm.
Ticketing for this event is to assist the school in covering the costs of renting the stage truck including all lighting and sound equipment for the day.
We are hoping to make the Production an annual event for the school, so any extra donations to support the Performing Arts program are very much appreciated.
