Paul Edginton is the Chief Executive Officer of The CEO Advantage, a leadership advisory firm dedicated to guiding executives and boards toward strategic clarity and performance excellence. With over 25 years of executive and board experience across the corporate, government, and not-for-profit sectors, Paul is a widely respected strategist, mentor, and transformation leader.

Paul has led complex organisations through growth, change, and crisis, delivering results through a strong focus on culture, purpose-driven leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to founding The CEO Advantage, he held significant leadership roles in community services and education, where he championed long-term social impact through innovative business models.

A frequent speaker on leadership, governance, and strategy, Paul also serves on several boards and advisory councils. He holds formal qualifications in business and governance and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Melissa Holzberger is a Non-Executive Director with ASX-listed companies, bringing deep expertise in governance, risk, legal, and sustainability in complex, regulated industries. With a background in international law and over two decades of experience in mining, energy, and industrial sectors, she offers a strategic and pragmatic perspective to boardrooms navigating disruption and ESG pressures.

Melissa’s board portfolio spans diverse sectors including resources, technology, and professional services. She is highly regarded for her ability to influence culture, align stakeholder interests, and deliver sound governance frameworks. Her global career includes senior legal and commercial leadership roles at multinational organisations, where she advised on cross-border operations, regulatory compliance, and major transactions.

Melissa is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Master of Laws from the University of Dundee, Scotland. She is also committed to mentoring emerging leaders and advancing gender equity in corporate Australia.

Levi Mitchell is a Non-Executive Director and strategic advisor with a strong track record in commercial leadership, innovation, and transformation across the insurance, disability, property infrastructure and environment sectors. He brings deep insight into the challenges and opportunities of regional Australia, with a passion for advancing sustainable economic and community outcomes.

Levi’s career spans executive roles in operational and strategic functions, and he is known for his hands-on governance style and ability to bridge technical and stakeholder perspectives. His board contributions are grounded in a pragmatic understanding of risk, compliance, and long-term value creation.

With expertise in both corporate and community settings, Levi supports purpose-driven organisations to scale with integrity. He holds qualifications in business and governance and is an advocate for inclusive leadership, regional growth, and innovation.
