Boardwalk + Breathe (The Breast Friend Project walking group)

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

The Breast Friend Project is a social community of women who have been touched by breast cancer, or they know a loved one who has experienced breast cancer. We meet every 4th Sunday of each month in front of Nest Kiosk, which is at Kingston Park next to the Brighton Caravan Park.

In April, we are having our quarterly walking event which includes a longer walk and refreshments afterwards if you have time. Along the footpath up to the boardwalk and return (not as far as Hallett Cove - just halfway).

‘Come and try’ our walking group and enjoy a few moments in nature and take a breather!

The Breast Friend Project walking group is a registered Heart Foundation walking group. Our hearts are also important while we stay active during and after a diagnosis.

For more information contact Sadie on 0450 818 782 or select your free ticket today.

Pop on your comfy footwear and hat and off we go!

Sadie created The Breast Friend Project after being diagnosed with early breast cancer in 2020. Her love of the outdoors and walking was to be shared with others - she hopes to meet you soon.
