Event description
Robert Marshall is being pursued by the Inland Revenue for not paying his income tax - which he had tried to do, but each time he had got enough money together to make a payment, supporting his Aunt Roberta’s addiction to lotteries had swallowed it up.
Sadly his Auntie has died, but when he returns home with his fiancé Juliet after the funeral his life really begins to unravel, when he receives a phone call and learns that Auntie Roberta has won the lottery. It is obvious that he must pretend to be his Aunt in order to collect the money.
With the help of his best friend and Juliet he devises a plan, but to be successful he must dodge the taxman, the lottery official, the police, a jealous boyfriend and the news media, as well as an overly helpful vicar, in this deliciously politically incorrect farce.
