Nourish, explore and simply ground yourself

Body and Moon aims to connect with your body, the moon and seasonal energies by drawing wisdom from Earth based practices and Oriental medicine

In each session you will:

Co-create a safe space
Explore movement and dance
Be guided through self care meridian stretches and acupressure points for the season
Relax into a guided gentle drum meditation with basic shiatsu bodywork
Have a spontaneous expression in writing or in drawing of your body wisdom

4 sessions this year close to the full moon:

Friday 30th of April - Letting go in Autumn with the Lung and Large Intestine meridians
Friday 28th May - Building our internal fire in early winter with the Kidney meridian
Friday 20th August - Deep slow release in early spring with the Bladder meridian
Friday 22nd October - Moving in Spring with the Liver and Gall bladder meridians

(You can book in for 1 off session or for all)

Please bring for each session:

Comfortable and warm clothing
Shawl or blanket to cover yourself during the meditation
A yoga mat

Homegrown herbal nourishing tea and light snacks will be provided
