ECSTATIC DANCE AND INTUITION WORKSHOP 

This is a free alcohol and drug event 

WHAT TO EXPECT :

4pm - 5pm ECSTATIC DANCE 

Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers,without the need to follow specific steps, abandon themselves to the rythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy. Moving the body how it feels right, how ever you move, your dance is unique to you.

The power of dancing is such a powerful tool for healing and celebrating your existence.

Nina will play a range of tunes that will allow you to flow and let go on a safe space.

She will guide you trought 1hr journey of reconnecting to the power of your divine feminine energy, in tune with your body sensations, feelings and emotions, allowing yourself to be fully present and release stuck emotions and tensions. Some somatic movements might be suggested. There is no right or wrong. This dance is yours, this journey is yours. 

5pm - 6pm INTUITION WORKSHOP 

"Intuition is the whisper of the soul" ( Jidda Krishnamurti)

Intuition is a natural ability that we are all born with.

Shirley will teach you some skills and techniques that will allow you to tune in and unblock your intuitive abilities.

You will practice your intuition through games and exercices such as cards reading. 

You will learn how to access to your "POWER" and shut down your left brain. 

Come alone or bring a girlfriend to share the space with us. 

Time to reconnect your body and soul as one. Time to be your most authentic version!

Please bring a water bottle, turn off phones,no photos,no shazam,no alcohol,drugs or smoking and remove your shoes before entering the dance floor
