After yoga, settle into stillness for a Sound Bath Meditation with Katrina Noela (9:00–10:00am). Allow the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls and channeled voice to bathe you in vibrations that soothe the nervous system and bring you into deeper harmony with yourself. Tickets are $30. Event Location:

The Little BIG House is located on the elbow corner of Flour Mill Way. The session will be held upstairs. Access is via the rear door of the building.
