Body as eco-sysem is a 90 minute yin yoga journey, exploring the human body as a living eco-system interwoven with nature - led by Jac Keleher & live soundscape by Adrien Harris.

Through poetry, story-telling, embodiment and drawing upon the deep wisdom of the natural world, this workshop is an opportunity to meet ourselves within our human bodies, as a part of nature, to understand the kinship between the self and the larger story.

This workshop draws on the ancient wisdom of Taoism and will move through the ‘Nourishing Cycle/Wu Xing’ of all five elements of TCM, designed to bring you home into a whole-bodied state of balance and presence — through yin yoga postures, meridian theory, body awareness and embodied meditation.

The 90 minute journey will be accompanied by a live soundscape by Adrien Harris (Cosmic Sound Explorer), created with live recordings from the natural world.
