Event description

Come along to a pregnancy, birth and post-natal workshop designed specifically for couples.

Facilitated by qualified midwife and post-natal care expert, Carol Norton, the workshop offers pregnancy support and information to help you prepare for your birth and the arrival of your baby.

Workshops will be held on:

Saturday 31 May 2025
Saturday 26 July 2025
Saturday 20 September 2025
Saturday 22 November 2025

Each workshop is one session and costs $200 per couple, which includes a morning tea/light lunch and a take-home goodie bag.

Central Coast Community Women’s Health Centre (CCCWHC) is the largest and longest-serving provider of holistic women’s healthcare on the Central Coast. Established in 1976, our mission is to provide safe and healthy futures for all women and girls in our community.

Last year, CCCWHC helped close to 3,000 women and their children on 8,815 occasions through its women’s health and community nurse clinics, counselling and casework, and therapeutic and social groups. We also create a safe space for all women to heal, recover and grow. Our tailored programs focus on breaking cycles of violence, intergenerational trauma, and social disadvantage.
