Body Doubling
Description
"Body Doubling, a productivity strategy where you do a task in the presence of another person. The other person does not need to help you or do the same work; their quiet presence provides gentle accountability, reduces isolation, and helps your brain start and stick to a task."
This is an invitation to bring in the full moon and Spring equinox with balance by slowing down in community, in silence, and let your brain rest and create.
we ask you to respect others and there will be No talking, no phones, just a room full of people creating, focusing, or simply being present, together.
The night opens with a 15 minute guided meditation to settle the room and set the tone: nothing has to be perfect, just create. From there, Armadillo Hide plays chill live music with projections drifting through the space for about an hour, while you meditate, read, draw, write, knit, or just drift into the sound.
It’s a drug and alcohol free, screen free space built for people craving real focus and a bit of collective calm on a Spring night.
