We are piloting free body doubling sessions for Neuk Collective members. Body doubling is a productivity technique where a person works quietly alongside another to improve focus and motivation. It’s especially popular with ADHDers because it helps to create a sense of accountability and reduce distractions.

What will happen? There will be a zoom room that people can join. People will state their intentions (what they will be working on during the session) in the chat, go on mute, and then work on their chosen task, while others in the zoom work on theirs. The sessions will be led by member Dani Kerr.

When are the sessions? We are starting with 3 pilot sessions:

Tuesday 28th May - 12 noon to 2pm

Tuesday 11th June - 12 noon to 2pm

Tuesday 26th June - 12 noon to 2pm

You don’t need to book, but it does help us to have a sense of numbers, and if you register you’ll get a reminder before each session.
