What is body doubling?

Body doubling is a productivity technique where a person works quietly alongside another to improve focus and motivation. It’s especially popular with ADHDers because it helps to create a sense of accountability and reduce distractions.

What will happen? There will be a zoom room that people can join. People will state their intentions (what they will be working on during the session) in the chat, go on mute, and then work on their chosen task, while others in the zoom work on theirs.
