    Connect to presence in motion while dancing to heart opening music and a painting meditation to align your heart and soul.

    Katja, Conscious Dance practitioner and Sandra, Art Therapist are passionate to share this space with you for Body in Flow and Dancing Colours.

    Join us on April 22nd 2023 from 2 to 5 pm for an afternoon with movement on the dance floor and expression on paper at the beautiful Peregian Beach Community House at 5-7 Rufous St, Peregian Beach QLD 4573

    Exchange: $75 for dancing, paint material and Chai

    Azul Conscious Movement is a free form of conscious dance practice that supports reconnecting to your self through body awareness, breath, release and a huge amount of fluidity by simply moving the body.

    Dancing Colours is a specific painting ritual to allow the flow of natural creativity from within.


    About the facilitators:

    Katja Hofmann is a passionate Azul Conscious Movement teacher and Family & Systemic Constellation facilitator at the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
    After a corporate career in Human Resources she gained further qualifications in counselling techniques in order to work with people in a more supportive way.
    Conscious Dance, particularly Azul, has been Katja’s greatest medicine. She shares Azul in regular classes and workshops to go deeper into self-exploration.
    Bringing her two body-based passions (dance and family constellations) together, Katja also offers one-to-one coaching for any issues around work with a focus on the Constellation modality, drawing from 12 years of experience.

    Sandra Gunthart loves to create and hold space for expressions from a heart centred place.
    Nature inspires her for her work as an Early Childhood Teacher and workshop facilitator in her own art studio in Switzerland. She is passionate about connecting art with movement through conscious dance, yoga as well as meditation and has been offering retreats in Western Australia, Switzerland and Bhutan.
    She lives in Switzerland and on the Sunshine Coast, where she facilitates workshops for adults and children.
