Bettie's back with a brand new Floor Flow workshop! Let's turn up the heat, and get down and dirty!

We're going to learn a new language darlings, body language. Learn dynamic and effective transitions, impressive floor tricks, new flexi combinations & how to create beautiful body lines. Bettie will teach you a piece of choreography, show you all those power house floor movements, as well as how to get up from and down to the floor with ease! You will walk away from this workshop a little sore, but with a head full of fabulous ideas and choreography.

THINGS YOU NEED: Some sort of knee protection. Knee pads, thick pants, socks stuffed into your leggings, anything to protect those precious joints!Heels are hot AF but they are not necessary to do this class. Wear whatever makes you feel sexy
