Together we will explore the power of the breath, the power of community and the power of our own bodies to heal, release and regulate.

Vinyasa Yogaimproves flexibility, strength, and balance, while also enhancing cardiovascular health and promoting relaxation and stress reduction. The flowing movements of Vinyasa can increase energy levels and focus, leading to improved mental clarity and a greater sense of self-confidence.

Combining Yoga with Breathwork, we are able to bring a strong Mind + Body connection, creating freedom & fire in the body, which helps to facilitate a deeper & more powerful Breathwork practise as we release stored stress, anxiety, emotions and trauma from the body.

Breakthrough Breathwork is completely safe and extremely beneficial physically, mentally, and emotionally for most people, but if you fall under the following categories you cannot take part in Breakthrough Breathwork/ this event.
