The "Body Poetry" breathwork series is a monthly online community class for both beginners and seasoned 'breathers' who desire to deepen their connection to Self and awaken within. If you are ready to embody self love, harmony and vitality, to release stagnant energy, trauma, suppressed emotions, reduce stress and shift behavioural patterns that don't serve your highest calling - this is for you. If you are ready to deepen your level of presence and your capacity to receive, to remember who you came here to be, this is for you. if you are seeking to heal physiologically by boosting your immune system and overall wellbeing... This is for you, my friend.

This is a soul-guided, experiential journey inwards working with the power of the breath to access altered states of consciousness. Through oxygenating the body we're able to come face to face with the unconscious parts of us where stagnant energy and blockages reside. This provides healing and integration of our nervous system, physical and emotional bodies and creates the space for us to remember who we are. As we breathe in a deep and connected way, we return home to our own rhythm, to access our body's own innate healing, giving ourselves and our hearts permission to open wide.

It is my deepest hearts desire for everybody to meet themselves and experience their souls innate wisdom. Therefore I have endeavoured to make this exchange as affordable as possible whilst honouring the value of this work - if finances are an issue for you please reach out and we will find a solution together. Epilepsy. Detached retina. History of strokes or seizures. Aneurysm or family history of aneurysm. Blood thinning medication. Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries. Pregnancy or possible pregnancy. Severe asthma. Substance dependence & addiction. Severe mental health conditions (Bipolar, schizophrenia or psychosis). Hospitalisation for emotional crises in the last 10 years (Therapist’s approval needed to participate). Psychological conditions and diagnoses. Pre-preparation:

If possible, please refrain from caffeine.
Stay well hydrated - water, herbal tea and cacao is welcomed!
Limit food intake 1-2 hours before the session and try to avoid heavy foods.
Ensure you are in a comfortable and safe, uninterrupted space to lay down.
Please create some space afterwards for integration and note that it is unsafe to drive for 30-60mins following our sessions.

Please bring:

Loose, comfortable and warm clothing in case of temperature fluctuation. Perhaps have a blanket nearby (optional).
Water bottle or glass of water.
A journal and pen to document your experience (optional).
For a more immersive journey, you may like to wear a blindfold and use bluetooth earphones or an external speaker.
