💫 What is The Musical Body Camp?
The Musical Body Camp is a rich, intimate, and playful week of movement, singing, rhythm, music, ritual, and connection.
It’s for shower singers, seasoned improvisers, artists, facilitators, teachers, and anyone curious to explore voice and body in creative, supportive community.
Rooted in deep listening, presence, and spontaneity, this camp is a living, breathing ecosystem of voice, silence, rhythm, and imagination. Guided by experienced facilitators and guest teachers from disciplines such as TaKeTiNa Rhythm Process, body/movement practices, Circle Singing, Musica Do Circulo, Vocal River, The Musical Body Process and Embodied Voice practices, we’ll explore the body-voice as a responsive instrument — using breath, movement, and voice to awaken connection, creativity, and flow.
Each day includes:
• Embodied voice and rhythm practices
• Movement and body-based vocal improvisation
• Co-creative rituals and spontaneous musical creation
• Shared meals, space care, reflection and rest
• Deep reconnection with joy, presence, and creative flow

🌿 What Makes This Camp Special?
• The Musical Body Process: a small-group, co-creative practice developed by Charlotte Roberts, running across 3+ days. Together, we explore the space between life and music, body and imagination through shared vocal improvisations, musical structures, and emergent ritual responding to personal and collective themes.
• Peer Practice Exchange: a playful, generative space for facilitators and participants to share evolving ideas and creative sparks.
• Guest Teachers: inspiring embodied musical and improvisational processes offered by special guests.
