BodyMind Dancing™ is a rich and open-ended movement class based in the foundations of contemporary dance and improvisation – weight, space, rhythm, balance, breath, fluidity – with a focus on how the movement feels from the inside out. Every class is different, and you are encouraged to adapt the movement to your own needs, interest and energy.

Mondays 8am Melbourne time (AEST):
7, 21 & 28 April (No class April 14th)
5, 12, 19 & 26 May
2, 9, 16, 23 & 30 June

Classes are 45 minutes.

Book for all 12 sessions and receive access to the recordings for at least a year.

Single sessions are also available for drop-in - this does not include class recordings.

Sliding scale fees from $8 - $15 per class.
