BodyMind Dancing™ is a rich and open-ended movement class based in the foundations of contemporary dance and improvisation – weight, space, rhythm, balance, breath, fluidity – with a focus on how the movement feels from the inside out. Every class is different, and you are encouraged to adapt the movement to your own needs, interest and energy.

Tuesdays 8am Melbourne time (AEDT): 7, 14, 21 & 28 January
Thursdays 9am Melbourne time (AEDT): 2 & 30 January

Classes are 45 minutes.

Booking options: Select any class date to see all the options! Choose from all Tuesday sessions, all Thursdays sessions, or all 6 classes. These all include access to class recordings available for one year, and save on booking fees.

Single sessions are also available for drop-in - this does not include class recordings.

Sliding scale fees from $7.50 - $15 per class.
