BodyMind Dancing™ is a rich and open-ended movement class based in the foundations of contemporary dance and improvisation – weight, space, rhythm, balance, breath, fluidity – with a focus on how the movement feels from the inside out. Every class is different, and you are encouraged to adapt the movement to your own needs, interest and energy.
