BODYPUMP™ is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout designed to help you get lean, toned, and fit. Sundays at 1 p.m. Conditions apply.
Come and join BODYPUMP with SUPRA! It combines motivating music and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve your targets faster than you would through individual workouts. The intensity level is entirely up to you. Located in the Group Fitness Studio, Sydney Uni Sports & Aquatic Centre (SUSAC). This particular one-hour training requires you to set up your equipment at 12:45 p.m.
Please use your Usyd student email to sign up for this event. We will cancel your ticket if you don’t use your student email.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to the class starting time. For safety reasons and quality of training, we will refuse entry to late participants.
Make sure you turn up. We will refuse tickets to students who have 2 no-shows in our attendance records.
In addition, SUS requires all participants to have a towel when attending group fitness sessions. Without a towel, SUS will refuse entry. There is an option of hiring towel at the front desk, which costs A$4.50 per towel.
