Hi, and welcome to The Bodyshape Rules: How to flatter the shape and proportions of YOUR body.

- You just want someone to come and take the pressure off and give some easy-to-follow RULES to dressing YOUR body shape and proportions.
- You feel clothes could look SO much better on you if you just had some RULES to follow
If you're confused as to how to dress your figure in a flattering way, then The Bodyshape Rules workshop is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL COVER:
- What shapes of clothes to choose for your body.
- Where your most flattering skirt, jacket, sleeve and trouser hemlines should sit.
- What your best neckline shape is - and how high (or low) your neckline can go!
- What size and shapes of prints and patterns will best suit you.
- Or maybe you look best in block colours...
- How to dress to either enlarge or minimise your bottom, bust, shoulders, waist, stomach, thighs and upper arms.
This personal, but fun and relaxed, workshop will help you to understand the stories you tell yourself about your body.
You'll get to know your own unique body shape, feel more comfortable with it, and understand how how to dress it to give you that boost of self confidence you're looking for.
ON THE DAY:
Info-packed and with notes to take-away, this Workshop is held at the Colour me Kate Frock Shop in the Darlington Dental building at 2 Montrose Avenue, Darlington.
Please arrive five minutes before the Workshop begins so you can order your tea/coffee/cold drink from The Little Nook Cafe downstairs. The lovely cafe staff will bring your order up to you.
(Note: The Frock Shop is up a flight of stairs.)
