BOH Clinical Educators Calibration Day

This dedicated Clinical Educators Calibration Day is designed to strengthen consistency, confidence, and quality in teaching, assessment, and feedback across the educator team. The day will bring together clinical educators to align expectations, share best practice approaches, and ensure a standardised understanding of performance benchmarks.

Through collaborative discussions, case-based calibration activities, and reflective practice, participants will enhance their ability to make fair, reliable, and evidence-informed judgements in clinical education settings.

Attendance contributes to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements, with a CPD certificate issued to each participant. Casual clinical educators will be paid the A01/A02 rate for their attendance.

This is a valuable opportunity to build cohesion across the educator group, strengthen assessment reliability, and support ongoing excellence in clinical education.
