Learn how to cook traditional Afghani street food, bolani, and find out more about the hospitality, culture and traditions of the Hazara people of Afghanistan. Habiba will show you how to make this vegetarian filled flatbread and share with you her secrets for the perfect bolani while Najibeh will tell you more about the hospitality traditions of the Hazara people.

Zafira Fine Foods is a social enterprise set up to provide employment and training opportunities to people arriving as refugees from Afghanistan. By joining our cooking class, you are contributing to the ongoing employment of former refugees, you have the opportunity to learn about Afghan culture and traditions and we guarantee you will have a fun and very delicious time!
