Bold Company is an invitation from Pollinators to bring your curiosity, connections and experience into a room of women exploring what could come next.

It's an informal evening of ideas, food and conversation.

From a first idea to what’s possible

Bold Company follows straight on from Traction Labs | Bold Moves, the free kick-start workshop for women running at CityHive the same day.

At Bold Company you’ll hear what they’re developing and what could help them move forward.

The workshop itself is dedicated time for women to explore an idea, put it to the test and work out a practical next step.

This is a new format to help more women move from “what if?” towards giving an idea a go.

You might have just what an idea needs

Come along to hear them and see where you can help.

That might be a connection, your experience, an introduction to a customer or funder, or becoming a first customer.

Come with a friend or come on your own - curiosity is enough.

Sam is COO at Admiral. She built Hello Canopy, a Techstars-backed startup used by global companies, and wound it down in mid-2026. Before that she helped scale Zip Co from 150 to 1,300 people, and she founded Grapevine.

Sam is open about all of it, the wins and the hard calls. Ask her about getting an idea off the ground, raising money, growing a team, or knowing when to call it. It's a rare chance to hear it straight from someone who's done it.
