The heritage building has seen many incarnations over the decades, one of which is famously housing David Bromley's studio and home for 13 years, today the historic Chapel St icon has been lovingly restored to become "Sophia". Sophia epitomises the late 19th century architecture in Victoria, featuring 26 arched windows revealing elaborate architectural works suspended high above the arcade. Not only a literal gastronomic feast, but a feast for the eyes also.
A four course dinner of seasonal local and imported dishes specially curated to complement the champagnes. These culinary delights will surely elevate your tasting experience. Whilst this is a formal dining experience, we invite you to take the opportunity to taste champagnes guided by the Kyla Kirkpatrick and Bollinger House representatives, ask questions, engage in discussions and meet fellow Champagne enthusiasts!
