Mmmmm... the feeling of trying something new! an experience of not just dance, an experience of a culture, the colorful music and the fresh and energetic vibe!Bollywood dance is combination of indian dance and music from Indian film industry -vibrant colorful and spicy just like Indian food!

Bhangra is the festive dance form by men and women to celebrate harvest. It is full of energy and you will know why it is ideal for dance fitness!

You will leave sweating at the end of the session. There will be an appropriate warm up and cool down to ensure you enjoy it at its fullest and come back for more!

mou.shhh.me is an indian dancer with a classical background (bharatnatyam) and teaches indian traditional folk dance forms from various parts of india like bhangra, gidda, garba, Lavni along with bollywood dance style -Bollyhop, BollyJazz and fusion style. Dancehall is very dear to her heart along with Latin dance styles.

She is vibrant personality with multiple feathers in her cap. ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor - specialized in Dance Fitness for Adult and kids and expert in Senior Fitness. She owned a Dance and Fitness Studio before moving to FL and is now excited to share her cultural wealth and dance and fitness in South Florida. She has abundance of patience and is skilled at teaching dance to young kids

In her words: "Dance is not just my passion, its my calling and the purpose of my life."

And it is with a price she paid; she stood down as an IT Professional to pursue the passion as a Dance & Fitness Instructor. She feels immense Joy , enlightenment and bliss when dancing and teaching dance & she wishes to share it with everyone she dances with and teaches.
