Bondi Beach Babes Beginners Jiu Jitsu

The team at Compound Grappling would like to invite you to a 10 week crash course in Jiu Jitsu, crafted especially for Bondi Beach Babes.
Now don’t worry, you wont hurt yourselves or others, Jiu Jitsu is a lot more controlled and gentle than say, boxing. In fact, it was created by monks in India as a way of disarming someone who’s trying to hurt you without hurting them and is often referred to as the ‘gentle art’.
Jiu Jitsu is something close to our hearts as we see it as not only a great work out with friends (one can often burn 1000 calories + per session) and meeting a great community of people, but also a great way to build character, through hard work, grit and resilience in the face of adversity.
The 10 week course will teach you everything you need to know to fast track you to your first promotion in Jiu Jitsu: 1 stripe for you white (beginner) belt, which we will present at the end of the 10 weeks.
This will entail everything from learning all basic positions, transitions and submissions(finishing moves). We warmly invite you all on your journey, whether it be to lose weight, learn a new skill, meet new friends or all of the above!
