Bondi Innovation Showcase -- 20 May

One of the major objectives of Bondi Innovation Alliance is to make visible the amazing and often under-recognised talent in Bondi.

We are launching a regular Bondi Innovation Showcase where you can discover the most inspiring local ideas, projects and people.

These are the amazing candidates that were selected for our very first edition.

We are super excited to have:

Skye Butler - Smylee : An intuitive event management app designed to encourage people to show up to events they have agreed to attend, by having them pledge that they will make a donation to charity if they end up cancelling, don't show up or decide they just want to donate anyway, creating a community of thoughtful and likeminded people who care about each other and doing something great for the world in the process.

Mossy Taheri - Yapr: A social networking app designed to help people connect based on their plans and create new experiences together.

Cara Cooper -  Your Food Collective : Regenerating our way of life through food. We're disrupting food supply chains by connecting consumers to locally, sustainably grown food. We're carbon positive, short supply and closed loop. Your Food Collective is the tastiests solution to climate change!

Naomi Tarszisz - Replated : RePlated makes reusable takeaway food containers that can replace single-use. We manufacture our containers from an innovative blend of recycled plastic and glass right here in Sydney.
