In the busyness of our lives, we’ve forgotten how to listen; listen to ourselves and what the rest of nature has to say.

There’s a drive to keep filling every aspect of our existence - our homes, our calendars, our minds, our hearts and our bodies. So much so that there is no space to simply be, to access the essence of our nature, the channel of creation that connects us all.

So we create space, and we find our centre - the birthplace of curiosity, clarity, compassion, creativity, connection, courage, confidence and calm. A place where we can access our ‘soft strength’ - a mantra I live by - which is an invitation to move through life with softness in our heart whilst maintaining the necessary boundaries to live an embodied life.

What would it be like to engage with the world from that place? How would you and the world benefit from that state of being?
