The Bondi Wellbeing Circle is the complement to your morning routine: an intentional, grounded space focused on how you actually feel on the inside.

Held fortnightly on Tuesday mornings at Phoenix, this is an open, friendly circle created to drop the small talk, regulate your nervous system, and dive into real conversations about mental health, lifestyle, and wellbeing alongside fellow locals.

How the Morning Runs

We keep the format structured, casual, and focused on genuine connection:

6:30 am – 6:40 am: Arrive & Settle In. Step into Phoenix, grab a seat in the circle, and land before the day begins.
6:40 am – 6:55 am: Nervous System Regulation. A guided 10 to 15 minute grounding practice to help everyone drop in, down-regulate stress, and shift out of fight-or-flight mode.
6:55 am – 7:30 am: Guest Expert Talk & Open Discussion. A punchy 10 to 15 minute talk by a trusted local practitioner, opening immediately into a relaxed group Q&A and honest circle discussion.
7:30 am – 8:00 am: Walk, Talk & Coffee. We wrap up the formal circle and head out together for a walk and local coffee, connecting one-on-one before heading into work.
