「香港時空」是由移居澳洲的香港人成立，在新南威爾斯州註冊的非牟利文化組織 (INC2400404)。
組織的目標是：
- 文化傳承 - 利用離散港人的自由，保存源於香港近代經驗的獨特歴史、文化及公民社會的發展成果，維繫港人身份認同。
- 文化開拓 - 支持移居地的多元文化原則，創造離散港人的在地文化，建構所在地的港人身份。
- 文化弘揚 - 基於香港人共有的歷史，凝聚各地港人，交流港人的獨特經驗，共同發揚植根於普世價值的香港文化。

MVHK is an incorporated non-profit in NSW (INC2400404) formed by Hong Kong Australians to advance the following aims:
1. Cultural Preservation - Capitalising on the freedoms of the Hong Kong diaspora, we aim to preserve the unique history, culture, and civil society achievements that have emerged from Hong Kong's contemporary experiences, thereby helping to maintain the identity of Hongkongers.
2. Cultural Development - Embracing the multicultural ethos in our places of settlement, we strive to cultivate local cultures and nurture a sense of local identity among diasporic Hongkongers.
3. Cultural Promotion – Leveraging our common historical experiences, we seek to connect Hongkongers in the diasporas around the world to facilitate the sharing of their unique experiences and promote a Hong Kong culture that is rooted in universal values.
