Event description

The book connects the Dots between climate change and how our food is produced, ' The Soilution to Climate Change Lies Beneath our Feet and it depends on what we choose to eat!'

It also explores the benefits of intermittent fasting on preventing chronic disease whilst at the same time helping to reverse climate change

The Author who is an international consultant and researcher in sequestering Carbon in soils has dedicated 16 years to finding the most cost-effective ways to drawdown CO2 from the atmosphere and Store it in the soil as Soil Carbon with its many co- benefits which includes improving food & water security.

He estimates that by combining 12 methods it is potentially possible to drawdown 100% of our current annual global CO2 emissions from sky to soil on only 5% of farmlands and that the cost of doing so can be paid for from accruing Carbon Credits, reduced input costs and increased productivity.

The proceeds from the Book will go to demonstrate this on 1000 hectares of land in northern Queensland.

The event will include and introduction by Tom Keneally who having read the book states ' This work is as important as Rachel Carson's Silent Spring'
