We'd love for you to join us to celebrate the launch of the ebook "Changing Woman: Understanding Perimenopause".

The evening promises to be a special one, with a panel of feisty, trailblazing women: Jane Hardwicke Collings (women’s mysteries teacher, author, homebirth midwife, founder of the School of Shamanic Womancraft), Jane Bennett (educator and author in menstrual education and fertility awareness, founder of the Chalice Foundation) and Rhea Dempsey (independent birth educator, counsellor and author). All three have been tirelessly working on behalf of girls and women and their changing bodies for 25+ years. They are shining examples of post-menopausal women in their power and we're honoured that they’re coming together to share their wisdom and also, celebrate the launch of CHANGING WOMAN.

Health educator, Sally Mathrick will be the MC and together with Charlotte Young we’re going to enjoy a rich and juicy conversation.

Advance praise for CHANGING WOMAN:

"'Changing Woman' is a delightful, friendly and intimate read, laced with gripping stories and vital, well-researched information. Through it Charlotte has created a handy ebook for us to visit often, a glorious guide for our journey through perimenopause and beyond."

Jane Bennett, Author and Menstrual Educator, Founder of the Chalice Foundation

"Understanding the beauty and mystery of our female bodies – the cycles, the rhythms, the hormonal interplay, the ebb and flow of creative energy – becomes a source of power throughout our lives. A source of power that provides protection from the social and cultural objectification, judgement and shaming which can diminish our sense of agency in the world.

Charlotte Young’s book ‘Changing Woman: Understanding Perimenopause’ offers us this precious knowledge, specifically knowledge that deepens insight into perimenopause. She describes it as a ‘time for inner excavating’ and maps a path for women to consciously deepen into themselves, to celebrate their bodies and to claim the power perimenopause promises."

Rhea Dempsey, Author, Birth Educator, Counsellor

"Wow, what a great book! Everything you need to know about how to understand and negotiate perimenopause. 'Changing Woman' - truly a gift for women - updates the reader with information about the stages of the menopause transition and the physical, mental, emotional and soulful aspects of this time in our lives."

Jane Hardwicke Collings, Founder the School of Shamanic Womancraft
