Are you feeling disconnected, numb or unsure how to let anyone in?

When someone asks you how you are, do you say you're "fine" but deep down you're not fine at all?

Do you find yourself struggling to ask or receive support but just don't know how?

You're not alone and you don't need to carry this silent burden anymore.

I published this book for men however women have been wanting to access this information too for themselves and to understand the weight that men carry to bury their emotions in order to present a false sense of masculinity that they can take it all.

If this speaks to you, I invite you to join me for my interactive session to understand and work with your emotions without losing your strength; break the lifelong patterns that keep you shut down and distant; show up with honesty, courage and self-respect in your relationships and lead your life confidently, aligned with the person you know you can be.

This special book launch involves...

📖A Signed Copy: Upon arrival or before departure, you will receive my book, signed by me to continue your journey once this event is over. You can pay this book forward by signing your name and pass it onto the next person who's in need of it.

🙋‍♂️Opening Circle: Check-in where you're at with yourself in a non-judgemental space to connect with the group.

💁‍♂️Wellbeing Discussion: A conversation around Chapter 7 from my book, How To Reframe Your Inner Critic, we will explore how to deal with negative self-talk. If you speak badly about yourself in ways you would not talk about your friends, this process is for you. Find where the message is coming from and give it a new helpful role in your life!

🛋️Optional Hot Seat: One or more participants who consent to be guided and supported through navigating their inner critic to gain insight into a deeper self-awareness and a gentle way of healing a part of themselves.

🙆‍♂️Closing Circle: Check out, questions and wrapping things up.
