If you speak badly about yourself in ways you would not talk about your friends, this process is for you. Find where the message is coming from and give it a new helpful role in your life!

🛋️Optional Hot Seat: One or more participants who consent to be guided and supported through navigating their inner critic to gain insight into a deeper self-awareness and a gentle way of healing a part of themselves.

How do I get there?

The venue is located inside the Myer Centre in Rundle Mall, Adelaide. You can take the lift or escalators to make your way to level 2. It is an easy commute by tram, train or bus to get there or the closest car park is Secure Parking - Rundle Place, Adelaide Car Park.

Do I need to bring anything?

Pen & journal if you wish to write down notes or to help you gain clarity. Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside Three Of Cups Teahouse therefore beverages, treats and meals must be ordered at the venue to support local business that supports local community.

Can I pay by bank transfer or your direct ticket link to waive the Eventbrite fee?Absolutely! Please contact jessxgoh@lifeinconfidence.com for the details. Ticket is $25 per person & we cap it to 20 participants maximum to keep things personable, intimate & safe.

Who is this event for?This event is for anyone who finds themselves comparing their self-worth to others and are open to improving their relationship with self. This book is marketed for men but women are welcome to attend as they will benefit from the information presented as well.

Do I need to participate in the opening and closing circle, discussion and hot seat?Opening circle yes to form connection with the group while closing circle, discussion and hot seat are optional. Please note Rob will only take 1-2 participants for the hot seat to manage time.

Does Three Of Cups Teahouse offer gluten free, vegetarian or vegan options?

Yes from beverages, treats and toasties! Please order and pay at the cash register and your items will be brought over to you.
